By placing an order on the Walvva website, you agree to the following Terms of Purchase, which govern the sale of goods from our store to you.

1. Order Acceptance and Cancellation Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Walvva reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a refund to your original payment method.

2. Pricing and Availability All prices are subject to change without notice at any time. Available inventory is subject to change without notice. While we strive to display accurate pricing and inventory information, errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price, Walvva shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.

3. Payment Terms Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that you will notify us of any changes to your payment information.

4. Shipping and Returns Your purchase is subject to our Shipping Policy and Return Policy. Shipping costs are calculated as follows: Standard Shipping is $5.99 for orders $0.00–$48.99; Free Shipping is applied to orders $49.00 and above; Expedited Shipping is available for $8.99. All returns must be sent to Lütticher Straße 41, 40547, Germany, and authorized via service@walvva.com.
