Return Policy

At Walvva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your crystal bracelets and wine glasses. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Initiating a Return To start a return, you must contact us at service@walvva.com. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Return Shipping Costs Unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
