1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume holiday seasons or promotional periods.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates We offer transparent and straightforward shipping rates for all our customers:

Standard Shipping: For orders ranging from $0.00 to $48.99, a flat rate Standard Shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $49.00 and above (after discounts and before taxes).

Expedited Shipping: If you require your items urgently, you may select Expedited Shipping at checkout for a flat rate of $8.99, available for orders of any size.
3. International Shipping We offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Walvva is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
4. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
